ProSource International Incorporated is a corporation duly organized under Philippine Laws and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 20, 1995. It was initially established as a trading company to source products from the USA and China, for sale and distribution in the Philippines by various importers. In July 1998, a new group was formed to redirect its focus to the business of "nutraceuticals", nutritional supplements that are unique and effective to be marketed and distributed by ProSource exclusively. Thus, the Mission and Vision of the company were changed. At present, the Company imports directly its products mainly from a noted US designer and manufacturer of Nutraceuticals who is also a stockholder of ProSource. This arrangement ensures quality and a supply system free of disruptions. Since then, the trading business was replaced exclusive distribution concept. - To share the health benefits of food supplements
